Stephen MarshallFrom Researching Virtual Initiatives in EducationDr Stephen Marshall is Senior Lecturer, Educational technology support, strategy and policy development at the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. He is an expert on benchmarking e-learning and the developer of the eMM approach. He was a consultant to the Benchmarking Phase 2 Programme in the UK for the Higher Education Academy, working closely with Professor Paul Bacsich and David Kay.
