La qualité de l'eLearning (QUAL-E-LEARNING) was selected under the EC's Erasmus Transversal Actions in 2002. According to the original project description:

This project aims to:

• conduct a survey sampling the elearning activity in order to identify "good practices" for assessing training efficiency;
• study the link between the quality of training and main pedagogical and organisational decisions; and
• [organise] online ODL activities with and without tutors.
