It is exceedingly difficult to locate information about the now-defunct Universidade Virtual do Centro-Oeste consortium (Brazil) in English. It seems to have been formed from, and then evolved into, other organisations; but this is hard to confirm.

Its web site was once at http://www.universidadevirtual.br/univirco_index.htm . It is now defunct.
